The project-specific agreement controls

Before delivery, review the container, material type, included weight and rental window, placement, access, schedule, published pricing, and any project-specific conditions shown in the written quote. Ask for clarification before accepting or loading the container.

Loading and materials

• Load only the approved material stream and keep debris below the top edge and inside the container walls.
• Do not load hazardous materials or other prohibited items.
• Appliances require Haul'n Off approval before loading.
• Keep clean heavy material separate and use only the container approved for that material.

Placement, access, and scheduling

The customer must identify a suitable placement area, disclose access constraints, secure any required permission, and keep the delivery and pickup path clear. Delivery, pickup, swaps, or requested schedule changes depend on safe access and dispatch availability.

Use the published dumpster pages for the current starting rates and general-debris overage. The written project quote confirms the terms applicable to the requested service.
