A 30-yard container holds up to 30 cubic yards by volume. It is a practical step up from the 20-yard. Use it for a whole-home cleanout or large remodel. It can also fit a large property or business cleanup.

Volume is only part of the choice. Tell us whether the load includes furniture, cabinets, drywall, lumber, flooring, roofing, yard debris, or other material. We use the material, estimated amount, weight, access, and rental time to check the size.

The container measures 18 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 6.5 feet high. The truck needs space to line up and place the bin. Keep that same space clear for pickup.

Choose a firm, level surface. Before delivery, point out gates, tight turns, slopes, and soft ground. Also note low branches, wires, parked cars, and other limits. Do not move the dumpster after placement. Public-space rules vary. Check with the local agency before placing the bin in a street, alley, sidewalk, or curb.

The $900 starting rate covers the approved general-debris load. It includes delivery, pickup, 3 tons, and 7 days. General-debris weight above the included amount is $165 per ton.

A separate 3% processing fee applies to all card payments. Approved appliances cost $75 each. Extra rental days are $95 each when approved. Your written quote confirms the job terms before delivery. It covers the address, material, drop spot, timing, and availability.

Spread the load through the container and keep every item at or below the top edge. Nothing should stick out from the sides or hang over the rear door. Keep the truck path clear when you request pickup.

Do not put concrete, dirt, asphalt, brick, stone, pavers, or tile in the 30-yard. Approved clean heavy material uses the 10-yard lowboy after review. Hazardous waste is not allowed. Keep out paint, liquids, and chemicals. Batteries, propane, tires, and electronics are also not allowed. The same rule applies to medical waste and asbestos. Ask before loading an appliance or any item you are unsure about.

Choose the 20-yard for a smaller job or a tighter space. It also fits a debris pile that is easy to control. It measures 11 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 6 feet high. The rate includes 2 tons and 1 day.

Choose the 30-yard when you need more room than the 20-yard. Its wall is lower than the 40-yard wall. The 30 and 40 have the same 18-by-8-foot footprint in the Haul'n Off fleet. The 40-yard is one foot taller. Move to the 40-yard for more bulky general debris. We must check access and availability first. A larger dumpster is not a substitute for the lowboy when the material is dense and heavy.

Start with the full address and exact drop spot. List every material and the rough amount. Add the dates you want. Include photos or measurements when the driveway, gate, alley, or jobsite is tight.
