15 Yard Dumpster
11.5 L x 5 ft H x 8ft W
Focused cleanouts, one-room work, bathroom remodeling, or smaller loads of lighter debris.
- Included weight
- 1 ton
- Rental window
- 1 day
Emptying a Sun City home, updating rooms near Menifee Lakes, or replacing fencing in Quail Valley? Build the rental around the objects, not a guessed bin name. Furniture takes space; tile and concrete consume the weight plan.
Send the Menifee address, itemized debris, room or pile photos, community instructions, proposed private pad, narrowest access point, and preferred dates. A complete request is easier to size and price than a broad “house cleanout” description.
Image-backed size guide
The published list supplies starting price, included weight when stated, and rental window. A quote confirms the current fit for your material, address, access, timing, and scope.

11.5 L x 5 ft H x 8ft W
Focused cleanouts, one-room work, bathroom remodeling, or smaller loads of lighter debris.

11 L x 6 ft H x 8ft W
Kitchen or bath remodeling, roofing, larger cleanouts, and active construction phases.

18 L x 6.5 ft H x 8ft W
Whole-home projects, estate clearing, large renovations, and bulky property cleanup.

18 L x 7.5 ft H x 8ft W
The highest volumes of lighter demolition, construction, cleanout, or turnover debris.

18 L x 2 ft H x 8ft W
Approved clean concrete, dirt, asphalt, brick, block, stone, pavers, or tile kept separate.
Published general-debris overage is $165 per ton above the included allowance. No included-ton allowance or overage amount is published for the lowboy. Ask for the current quote and terms before ordering.
Project matching
Menifee has mature neighborhoods, master-planned communities, and outlying residential approaches. The examples below focus on four different reasons customers search for a roll-off, with a loading plan for each.
Describe Your ProjectCount furnishings, closet contents, bookcases, rugs, garage storage, and outdoor pieces. Finish donation and family-item decisions first so the dumpster request reflects only the material being discarded.
Break the scope into cabinets, drywall, fixtures, carpet, wood flooring, trim, and packaging. Identify tile, mortar, stone, and concrete before they are mixed into the lighter renovation pile.
Bundle flattened packaging, unwanted furniture, shelving, non-hazardous household material, and light improvement debris. Keep the garage and daily vehicle route usable while the dumpster is present.
Describe wood or vinyl fencing, branches, brush, outdoor junk, and shed contents. Soil, rock, block, pavers, and concrete require their own clean heavy-material plan rather than the general-debris container.
Common project materials
Do not load
No hazardous waste, paint or liquids, batteries, propane tanks, tires, e-waste, medical waste, or asbestos. Appliances require approval before loading. Ask before loading an item if its material is uncertain.
Delivery, placement, and pickup
The placement question changes between managed communities and hillier or more spread-out properties. Menifee customers should document both the private rules and the physical route before choosing a size.
Check 01
At a Sun City address, preserve the garage door, mobility route, caregiver or family access, and the vehicle path used each day. Pick a loading side that does not force heavy items around the container.
Check 02
If Menifee Lakes, Heritage Lake, Audie Murphy Ranch, or another property has an HOA or manager, confirm the specific gate, placement, surface, screening, and work-hour requirements. Do not infer permission from a neighboring project.
Check 03
Show road width, shoulder condition, driveway grade, sharp turns, gates, overhead growth, and the full set-down surface. Conditional access concerns should be reviewed from wide photos instead of described only as “a little tight.”
Check 04
Keep mailboxes, hydrants, parked vehicles, material pallets, garage activity, and contractor parking outside the maneuvering lane. Recheck the route before pickup because the jobsite may look different by then.
Local project areas
Neighborhood names help orient the page; the exact address, placement, access, material, and current project details determine the next step.
Questions before ordering
Downsizing cost starts with the actual volume of furniture and boxes, then the selected card’s included weight and rental window. Current published starting prices are 15 Yard Dumpster $535, 20 Yard Dumpster $650, 30 Yard Dumpster $875, 40 Yard Dumpster $950, 10 Yard Lowboy $746. General-debris weight above the included allowance is published at $165 per ton. A 3% processing fee applies to all card payments. A Menifee quote confirms the load, address, placement, requested timing, and applicable published terms before the order is confirmed.
It can be a useful first comparison for one focused room, a small garage, or a carefully staged downsizing load. Several rooms of furniture and long items may need a 20- or 30-yard comparison. Send wide photos of the grouped discard pile rather than estimating from total home size.
An HOA or manager may set address-specific rules for the approved surface, gate access, screening, work hours, or how long equipment can remain. The customer should obtain private-property permission before delivery and share any instructions that affect truck access or pickup.
Send road-to-pad photos that show the driveway grade, narrow curves, shoulder, gate, branches, wires, parked equipment, and place where the truck can leave. Measure the tightest point. A large parcel does not automatically mean a roll-off can reach the intended spot.
Dirt, soil, rock, stone, concrete, asphalt, brick, block, pavers, and tile are prohibited in 15-, 20-, 30-, and 40-yard general-debris dumpsters. A clean, reviewed heavy-material load may go only in the 10-yard lowboy. Never mix heavy material with general debris. Wood fencing and light yard debris belong in a separately reviewed general-debris load; do not top a soil or rock lowboy with them.
Do not load hazardous waste, paint or liquids, chemicals, fuel, oil, solvents, batteries, propane or pressurized cylinders, tires, electronics or e-waste, medical or biohazard waste, or asbestos. Appliances require approval before loading and cost $75 per appliance. Keep every approved load below the fill line and inside the container walls. Identify the appliance type and count when requesting the written project terms.
Finished sorting the Menifee load?
Send the full address, discard-pile photos, project materials, community notes, driveway or gate measurements, and preferred dates. The response can focus on the right published size instead of an oversized guess.
