Its application table lists a 1,000-square-foot minimum for new residential construction and also lists exemptions. Check the current permit and C&D application guidance for your project before the permit is issued.

For a covered City of San Diego project, save recycling, reuse, donation, and disposal receipts for every load. Also keep any photos or other records needed to show that material was separated or reused. The City says the completion package must be sent within 180 days after final inspection to request the deposit refund. The permit applicant must follow the current City instructions.
